Profile A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have: 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
