Job Summary

We’re hiring an Insurance Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships while helping individuals and businesses protect their future. In this role, you’ll work with clients on P&C insurance , Life & Health , and related financial services products , guiding them through coverage and financial planning recommendations, quoting, and policy changes—while delivering responsive, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, including renewals, follow-ups, and client retention
• Review client needs and identify opportunities for additional coverage and/or financial services
• Gather information, request quotes, and present coverage options clearly and accurately
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and documentation as needed
• Coordinate with carriers and internal team members to ensure timely submissions and smooth processing
• Provide prompt client service by answering questions and resolving issues
• Track leads, quotes, renewals, and follow-up tasks in a CRM or tracking system
• Maintain knowledge of products, underwriting requirements, and compliance standards
• Support marketing efforts through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach

Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred (P&C and/or Life & Health)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
• Comfortable working with leads/opportunities and working toward performance goals
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple client priorities
• Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM/spreadsheets
• Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain required licenses promptly)

Compensation

• Base hourly pay + commission (incentive-based earnings tied to performance)
