Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders, helping them regain independence in daily living skills
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that evolve with patient progress
• Document therapy services accurately and timely to support seamless continuity of care
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in line with state practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to create a supportive recovery journey
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards to keep patients at the heart of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active Oregon OT license, or the ability to obtain one before start
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping people live their best lives

• COTA supervision
