What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized support that promotes resident wellness, dignity, and quality of life.
• Help create a secure and comfortable living experience that encourages resident choice and self-sufficiency.
• Demonstrate Liberty Village's commitment to exceptional service and resident-centered care in daily interactions.
• Follow individualized service plans and provide assistance based on each resident's unique preferences and needs.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide dependable support throughout assigned shifts.
• Observe, track, and report changes in resident status to appropriate team members in a timely manner.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and enrichment opportunities through individual and group engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• CBRF certification preferred
