Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager Phase 2 seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead software development teams alongside our Lead Consultant and Technical Leads. This is a remote-first hybrid position for Oklahoma City-based candidates. Responsibilities | How You'll Spend Your Time Driving software delivery by serving the engineering team Facilitating internal and external team meetings (daily stand-ups, biweekly planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives, etc.) Managerial oversight of team timesheets, invoice preparations, and client budget projections Collaborating with clients, sub-contractors, internal teams, partner teams, and executives Removing obstacles that impede team and release progress Maintaining regular client reporting of budget projections, release timelines, and risk logs Coaching teams to improve our software development best practices Ensuring meetings are productive, prepared with an agenda, and meaningful notes are recorded Assist in onboarding new team members Release management facilitation Qualifications | What We're Looking For Proficient in leading software development teams using broad agile project management methodologies (Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, etc.) Desire to apply a unique brand of these methodologies Passion for driving continuous improvement in themselves and others Comfortable communicating directly with clients as a project and organizational consultant Dedication to servant leadership for our team and client needs Team Tech Stack | The Technologies You'll Use Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, QuickBooks, Azure DevOps, Google G Suite Company Phase2 is a 100% employee-owned software engineering and AI consultancy headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
