Registered Nurse, Med Surg- Nights

What We Offer Join our caring team as an RN on a dynamic medical/surgical floor at Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center. We are hiring compassionate RNs for our Med/Surg night shift, offering up to $15,000 in sign‑on bonuses and $7,500 in relocation assistance. Schedule: 7 pm - 7 am, night shift, part‑time. Department: Med/Surg. Location: Brunswick Medical Center. What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred). Current valid North Carolina nursing license or multi‑state/compact license. One year relevant nursing experience (preferred). If your RN license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, you must complete a board‑approved refresher course prior to reactivating or reinstating your license and apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. What You’ll Do Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in their health journey. Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care. Deliver exceptional patient experiences in every dimension. Foster teamwork, team member engagement, and community involvement.
