Desired Qualifications:

• Current SLP license or eligibility in Arizona
• CCC-SLP or CFY applicants welcome
• Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology in schools
• Effective collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students
• Experience with preschool to middle school populations is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide therapy to students with diverse needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and state requirements
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
