Build confidence and independence. Participate in school, home, and community routines. Discover strengths and celebrate progress. Teach and role-model life skills to promote independence. Provide supervision, coaching, and encouragement. Assist with routines such as meal prep, personal care, and medication administration. Perform housekeeping and laundry duties. Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma, transcript, or GED. Must have at least 6 months of verifiable full-time experience working with youth (0-21). Ability to pass DCYF background/fingerprint checks. Good communication skills for documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with internal and external team members.
