In this fully remote role, you will provide individualized counseling services to low-acuity adults, supporting them on their mental health journey. Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes. We offer a full-time position of over 30 hours per week, with the option for part-time work starting at over 5 hours per week. Although counselors can set their own hours, we encourage availability to meet client needs within a supportive and structured framework.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video chat, creating a safe space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address individual goals and challenges.

• Facilitate skill-building by helping clients develop new coping mechanisms, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills tailored to their unique situations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring minimal paperwork while focusing primarily on client care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to devise holistic strategies that enhance client care and promote positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing their everyday functioning by fostering resilience and self-efficacy within a structured therapeutic framework.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD, with independent licensure allowing for unsupervised practice.
\n
• No prior disciplinary actions against your license, showcasing your adherence to professional standards and ethics.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, combined with computer literacy, allowing for effective use of telehealth platforms to connect with clients.
\n
• A stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate ongoing counseling sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing remote counseling services, particularly in managing low-acuity cases, is a plus.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods to assist in the development of personalized care plans.

• Background in community health or similar environments that prioritize client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on hours worked and experience.
