Resident Care Associate (RCA) - Assisted Living

Resident Care Assistant Full Time and Part Time positions available! Eagle Crest Communities: Onalaska, WI Come join our team! We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to serve residents in a retirement and life community. In this role, you will primarily work with 42 residents in our assisted living apartments and occasionally with 18 residents in our memory care apartments. The building also hosts 70 residents in our independent living communities. What You’ll Do Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks What You’ll Need Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required) Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any state), (preferred, not required) CBRF Certification, (preferred, not required) Our Wages Starting rate between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications We pay for high performance!
