Radiologic Technologist in Lynn, MA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active credential as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Valid state license to practice as an X-ray Technologist
• Working knowledge of standard radiology protocols and safety procedures
• Experience with digital radiography equipment and PACS systems
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• BLS certification (current and valid)
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality radiographs as ordered by medical providers
• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
• Follow all safety guidelines related to radiation exposure and infection control
• Maintain clear, accurate records and documentation within electronic health systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to deliver excellent patient outcomes
• Assist with equipment maintenance and quality control checks
• Adapt to varying schedules, and respond calmly to emergent situations when required
