What You'll Do

Oversee all kitchen operations and food preparation standards

What We're Looking For

Three or more years managing high-volume kitchens
Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate kitchen teams
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Experience with inventory management and kitchen budgeting
Calm leadership under pressure with strong attention to detail
