Commercial Operations Analyst

Position Summary Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM. 100% onsite. Catalent’s Baltimore/Harmans, MD (BWI) site is a leading facility supporting gene therapy development and manufacturing across early development through clinical and commercial production. The site works with a range of biotech and pharmaceutical partners across advanced biologics, including viral vectors and complex therapies. With modern technologies and a collaborative, cross‑functional environment, it offers opportunities across scientific, operational, and business teams. Responsibilities Support revenue and pipeline forecasting, including licensing milestones. Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for commercial leadership. Support pricing analytics and change order processes. Conduct win/loss and performance analysis using CRM data. Partner cross‑functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams. Support S&OP demand planning and resource forecasting. Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 2 years of experience or exposure to biologics/large molecule drug development preferred. Experience in a business analytics role preferred. Working knowledge of biologics drug substance manufacturing. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) preferred. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred. Experience building and maintaining data/reporting platforms (e.g., SharePoint) preferred.
