The Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our client programs in retail stores and at pop-up events. This is an entry-level role with full training, a good fit for recent graduates, people coming from retail or hospitality, or anyone ready to start a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent a Spectrum Retail Partner in retail locations and at events throughout NYC
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right services
• Guide customers through the enrollment process with a focus on a great experience
• Meet individual and team goals while learning from experienced leaders

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience xhyhwjd in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and coachable
• Comfortable engaging with new people throughout the day
• Must be 18 or older
