What will you be doing? Supporting new product introductions as the operations representative within the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team Developing and implementing capable manufacturing processes, including equipment specification, acquisition and installation Partnering with cross‑functional teams locally and across global manufacturing sites to achieve project milestones Supporting design for manufacturability and process development activities Planning, executing and documenting validation activities, including data analysis and report writing Coordinating and supporting new vendor tooling activities Ensuring safety, quality, cost and timeline commitments are consistently met What will you need to be successful? The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $78,000 - $117,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith+N. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
