HOTWORX Doylestown is looking for a part-time Fitness Sales Associate who loves connecting with people, isn't afraid to sell, and wants the opportunity to earn more based on performance.

This isn't just a front-desk position.

Our Fitness Sales Associates are an important part of growing our studio. You'll connect with prospective members, generate and follow up with leads, give studio tours, sell memberships and retail products, and help create an exceptional experience for our members.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is an innovative 24-hour infrared fitness studio combining Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to provide members with an efficient and unique workout experience.

Members receive 24-hour access to unlimited virtually instructed workouts ranging from Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, Hot Warrior, and more.

Our workouts take place in a semi-private environment, are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, and are built around one simple idea:

What You'll Do

Sales & Lead Generation

• Meet and exceed individual and studio membership sales goals.
• Connect with prospective members through phone calls, texts, email, social media, and in-person conversations.
• Consistently follow up with leads and prospective members.
• Give engaging studio tours and clearly communicate the benefits and value of a HOTWORX membership.
• Confidently ask for the sale and help prospects select the membership that best fits their needs.
• Generate new leads through referrals, community outreach, local partnerships, events, and occasional off-site promotions.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to help introduce more people to HOTWORX.
• Recommend and sell HOTWORX gear, accessories, hydration products, and other retail items.

Member Experience

• Create a welcoming, energetic, and professional environment for everyone who enters the studio.
• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Help new members get started and feel comfortable using the studio.
• Teach members how to use the HOTWORX app, saunas, equipment, and workouts.
• Answer questions and provide appropriate workout and product suggestions.
• Build relationships with members and help keep them engaged and motivated.
• Contribute to member retention by making every visit a positive experience.

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Participate in grassroots marketing and local community events.
• Assist with social media content, promotions, and member engagement.
• Help develop creative ideas to generate leads, increase studio traffic, and build awareness of HOTWORX throughout the Doylestown community.

Studio Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and operational checklists.
• Assist the Studio Manager with day-to-day studio operations as needed.

Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, or retail experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic, personality, and the ability to connect with people are extremely important to us.

Compensation & Perks

Base Pay: $14.00–$17.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications

PLUS uncapped sales commissions and performance bonuses.

Our compensation program is intentionally designed to reward performance. Fitness Sales Associates have opportunities to earn additional compensation through:

• Membership sales commissions
• Retail sales commissions
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Increased commission rates for reaching higher sales levels

Schedule

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week , typically consisting of:

• 3–4 shifts per week
• Approximately 4–6 hours per shift
• Some evening and weekend availability may be required
