Litigation Secretary

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established law firm in downtown Honolulu to find an experienced Litigation Secretary ready to hit the ground running. If you have a strong litigation background, know your way around court filing systems, and thrive in a fast-paced but supportive environment, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for. What You'll Be Doing: Prepare court documents, legal forms, and correspondence with precision and timeliness Manage attorney calendars including hearings, deadlines, and meetings Handle e‑filing and paper filing across State and Federal court systems including JEFS, USDC, and 9th Circuit Draft correspondence with clients, carriers, and expert witnesses Maintain and organize both electronic and physical files Coordinate travel arrangements for attorneys Assist with trial preparation and provide overall support to the legal team What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years of recent litigation experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe/Nuance Working knowledge of State and Federal court rules and e‑filing systems Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform well under pressure Must be currently located in Hawaii to be considered for this position What's In It for You: Up to $20 per hour depending on experience Weekly pay every Friday Free on‑site parking Medical coverage through HMSA or Kaiser Paid holidays and paid time off Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends Join a supportive team at a respected local law firm How to Apply: Connect with Express Employment Professionals today: Call us at View phone number on click.appcast.io for an immediate interview.
