Cancellation Policy: Cancellations by Client Affiliate of a confirmed travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff assignment shall be permitted with 2 weeks' notice prior to the anticipated start date without monetary penalty to Client Affiliate. Client Affiliate may also cancel currently contracted travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff following assignment commencement (i) immediately upon notice for cause, without monetary penalty to Client Affiliate; (ii) immediately upon notice without cause for a $1000 fee of such travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff payable to HealthTrust; or (iii) with 2 weeks' notice without cause, without monetary penalty to Client Affiliate. All travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff shall work the length of the assigned contract, not by the number of total hours worked.
