Pre-Construction Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities Partner with Preconstruction stakeholders to understand current workflows, systems usage, and pain points Identify inefficiencies, duplicate entry, manual workarounds, and gaps in process or system design Recommend and help drive low-effort, high-impact improvements Improve consistency in system usage, field structure, naming, and data quality Help translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and scoped initiatives Coordinate with IT, Business Systems, and business leaders to support implementation of improvements Help develop larger ideas into structured projects for the company project pipeline Identify opportunities for future automation, reporting, and AI-enabled improvements as part of broader process maturity #J-18808-Ljbffr
