Job Title: IT Business Manager Infrastructure Services

Location: NYC, NY - Hybrid

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 7 years of experience in IT Business Management, Technology Finance, or IT Operations.
• Experience supporting senior Technology leaders in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience managing workforce/headcount planning, organizational data, and funding alignment.
• Experience with vendor, contractor, and contract management, including renewals and financial impacts.
• Strong skills in financial and data analysis, reporting, and maintaining data integrity.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and leadership materials.
• Ability to track and manage risks, dependencies, decisions, actions, and governance activities.
• Strong understanding of Technology portfolios, roadmaps, project timelines, and financial impacts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
