Direct Care Specialist Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness throughout Arizona. Job Summary Direct Care Specialists assist with admission and orientation of participants, monitor patients in both voluntary and involuntary facilities, and coordinate discharges. Responsibilities Assist with admission and orientation of program participants. Monitor each patient in the facility. Coordinate patient discharges. Qualifications Must be a BHT or hold EMT certification. Must have a clear 39‑month MVR record and present it at the interview. Must have a Level1 fingerprint clearance card. Must be at least 21 years of age. Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.
