What You'll Do Lead high-performance group workouts using BFT's proven training model Deliver individualized support in a group training environment Welcome and onboard new members, including performing fitness assessments Foster strong member relationships and a team-based studio atmosphere Support day-to-day studio operations and maintain a clean, professional environment Qualifications Group fitness or personal training experience (strength and conditioning preferred) Deep knowledge of exercise science and movement mechanics Outgoing, client-focused, and confident leading a group National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc preferred) CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain Schedule Part-time with flexible hours Must be available for at least one of the following: early mornings, midday, or evenings Immediate opportunities available Why Join Us?
