$37.10 per hour

Benefits available beginning the first day of the month following 30 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and additional benefit programs.

Must be flexible to work either:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

The Opportunity

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical and mechanical systems that drive our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with production, maintenance, and plant leadership teams to maximize equipment reliability, improve operational performance, and minimize downtime. This role provides the opportunity to apply advanced technical expertise while contributing directly to safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
• Install, configure, and support industrial automation systems, including motors, drives, servos, relays, PLCs, sensors, and power transmission equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and control system issues at the component level to minimize downtime and improve production performance.
• Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation to effectively perform maintenance and repair activities.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and extend asset life.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long term corrective actions.
• Support plant initiatives focused on safety, quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems at the component level.
• Two to three years of electro automation system installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of automated industrial machinery, including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, three phase power systems, industrial controls, communication devices, and power transmission systems.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC controlled manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot AC and DC drives.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot three phase motor control circuits.
• Working knowledge of sensors, encoders, limit switches, bearings, pumps, and related industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Basic welding skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to utilize maintenance and production systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, nontraditional hours, and overtime as required.
• Ability to pass a pre employment physical, drug screen, and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Military technical training or completion of a trade school, technical school, or industrial maintenance program.
• Experience within corrugated packaging, paper manufacturing, converting, or similar industrial environments.
• Experience with continuous improvement, root cause analysis, reliability centered maintenance, or equipment optimization initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial automation, controls integration, and manufacturing systems.
