Job DescriptionMust Have Skills/Experience

Analyzes business and technical requirements to design, develop and document technical solutions in Clarity for enterprise portfolio management system.

Works cross-functionally with other technology groups to design and develop technical data interface requirements and coordinates with groups on testing.

Coordinates application demonstrations to business team as needed

Analyzes business process and business rules to design, document, and collaborate on technical solutions to business problems.

Works with developers to ideate, design and implement technical solutions.

Provides detailed system process diagrams/flows to explain/communicate technical implementation designs to both business and implementation team

Provides first line platform/technical support, communicating to end users both view email and Teams, using ServiceNow for system and performance issues. Could be as much as 20% during peak times.

Works with quality assurance to validate functionality, including writing and executing of test cases, and test case peer review.

Coordinate UAT to support business team and provide UAT deliverables such as test scenarios if necessary.

Communicates technical details to end users using ‘non-technical’ language

Coordinates system releases/deployments when needed including deployment planning, facilitation and communication.

Configures system, manages user requests, reports on user activity

Reviews user training materials for accuracy

Uses knowledge of data structures, data warehouse and reporting platforms to develop reporting solutions

Experience with reporting solutions such as PowerBI or Tableau

Nice to Have Skills/Experience

Experience configuring and/or using Broadcom’s Clarity application

Project Management skills/experience, especially with regards to projects financials

Working knowledge of REST API’s
