Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,418–$2,485 per week (per week) Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 Days, 08:00–16:30 Start date: November 2, 2026 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (travel assignment) Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with communication, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing needs Deliver direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes Manage dysphagia care, including swallow assessments and safety strategies for diet modification when indicated Document evaluation findings, therapy interventions, progress notes, and discharge plans in the medical record in a timely, compliant manner Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, rehabilitation services, social work) to coordinate care and support discharge planning Provide patient and family education on communication strategies, compensatory techniques, and caregiver guidance to support continued progress Requirements Current, active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the United States (licensure specifics to be verified) Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment with adult patients Proficient in clinical documentation and progress reporting for reimbursement and regulatory compliance Availability for a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours for the assignment duration Travel assignment with a defined weekly pay range Ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment team throughout the assignment Clear path to credentialing and assignment logistics assistance as needed Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
