Banquet Bartender

Position Summary: The Banquet Bartender is responsible for serving alcohol in compliance with alcohol laws and regulations. Specific duties include serving drinks according to established recipes, collecting money from guests, maintaining a clean and safe bar work area and providing a high level of customer service. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are: Read and understand all particulars of a Banquet Event Order including start time and beverage requirements Ability to set up and tear down Banquet bar Collect all necessary equipment, beverages and etc to set up designated area Knowledgeable of drink recipes Other duties as assigned Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as part-time.
