We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PAM RN to join our hospital-based team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a Tier IV setting, demonstrating clinical expertise and a commitment to patient safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a hospital Tier IV environment.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably in a Tier IV setting.
• Ability to work PRN shifts with flexibility.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
