Strategic Business Consultation

: Partner with Compensation Business Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to advise and influence business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and issues. Process Improvement & Execution:

Drive the identification, assessment, and implementation of ongoing compensation process improvements and policies aligned with business goals. Program Collaboration:

Collaborate with Compensation Analytics & Design to execute and deliver Uber’s broad-based and sales compensation programs. Are there any mandatory requirements the candidate(s) must have? (Not having these specific skills will knock candidates out of consideration) Experience Level

: 6+ years of Broad-based Compensation experience and 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience. Technical & Analytical Skills:

Advanced data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to synthesize complex, high-volume data into clear business conclusions. Communication & Stakeholder Presentation:

Ability to present complex concepts and analysis into simple, compelling recommendations to senior management and business leaders. Are there any other desired skills that would be “nice to have” for this role, but are not mandatory? Industry Background:

Track record in a fast-paced technology environment, specifically SaaS, marketplace platforms, or on-demand logistics/food delivery. Commission & CRM Software:

Hands-on experience with modern commission software (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Xactly) and CRM tools (Salesforce). Cross-Functional & Senior Stakeholder Engagement:

Experience directly engaging with senior management in Sales and TA, combined with formal project management skills. Are there any education or certification requirements needed for this role?

Yes Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
