Location & Schedule Location: Lowell, MA and surrounding areas Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm Pay Pay Rate: $22.90 per hour Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance and additional voluntary insurances Company‑paid life insurance and employee assistance programs Generous paid time off accrual Tuition reimbursement and loan repayment options 401(k) with company match up to 7% Discounts on a wide array of services and entertainment nationwide Recovery Coach Responsibilities Promote recovery and remove barriers and obstacles to recovery Serve as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already in recovery from an addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs Model recovery principles and practices at all times Provide linkages to recovery‑oriented, peer support, self‑help supports and services, and community‑based mental health, substance use disorder, and family support programs Serve as a liaison between the recovery community, the addiction treatment system, the medical treatment system, and the member’s community, family, and social context to facilitate connections across systems of care Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of uninterrupted recovery (3-5 years preferred) Recovery coach certification required within the first 12 months of employment Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medically necessary clinical services Strong skills in communication, follow‑through, collaboration, and customer service Ability to read and write English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the program to which the candidate is assigned Must hold a valid driver’s license; must have access to a safe, operational, and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport participants #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Health Systems
