About Personalized Therapy Personalized Therapy LLC is a multi-disciplinary Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Behavioral Health center offering a comprehensive range of services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Psychological services. Our team of dedicated professionals work together to provide customized treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. About the role We are actively recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in California, MD. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for professionals who excel at working with children and families, communicate effectively, and are passionate about helping young clients reach their developmental milestones. The role involves evaluating and treating children from birth through adolescence in a clinic setting, creating engaging and individualized treatment plans, and partnering with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.

- Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment for patients with physical delays and conditions.
- Deliver therapy services as outlined in treatment plans, documenting all sessions and progress reports in a timely manner.
- Educate and guide families/caregivers in home exercise programs and strategies.
- Administer a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual exercises, assistive devices training, and use of therapeutic equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in discharge planning.
- Maintain equipment, comply with HIPAA, and stay current with best practices through professional development.
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
- CPR/BLS (infant/child) certification or ability to obtain.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to change, and manage priorities.
