Job Description
Sales Executive Join Savard Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Key requirements: proven experience in staffing, contract labor, or B2B sales; strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and production goals; aggressive, results-driven approach to generating new business; ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans; excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach; ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; comfortable making formal sales presentations and follow-up calls; experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar); proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong organizational and time management skills; willingness to travel and work both in-office and on the road; ability to stay informed on market trends, competition, and pricing; cold calling required to meet weekly activity goals. Shifts: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Duration: Direct hire.
