Clinical Tchg Assoc (On-Call)

Position Summary This posting is currently recruiting applicants for a Clinical Teaching Associate (CTA) – an on‑call position that is not benefits eligible. A CTA works with students learning sensitive and invasive exams, providing instruction, assessment and feedback on pelvic, rectal, breast and urogenital examinations. The CTA may also assist in new equipment training such as trans‑vaginal ultrasound. The role is performed under direct supervision, with the CTA acting as a model during examinations designed for experiential learning and assessment of health sciences students. Base pay is $15 per hour, plus $164 per hour for time spent on an exam table performing an invasive procedure. Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, assume the role of a Clinical Teaching Associate during sensitive or invasive medical examinations.
• Instruct students using one’s own body in a supportive manner and provide clear, professional feedback.
• Facilitate student learning of new equipment that involves sensitive and invasive exams.
• Maintain reliable email access for timely communication of upcoming CTA activities.

Minimum Qualifications Less than high school; no prior experience required. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year‑for‑year basis. Additional Requirements Reliable access to email for timely response to communications of upcoming CTA activities. Willingness to wear a hospital gown with or without undergarments. Willingness to complete a questionnaire that includes demographics and medical history. Compensation & Benefits Base pay of $15 per hour, plus $164 per hour for time spent on an exam table performing an invasive procedure. This is not a benefits‑eligible position.
