Key Responsibilities Guard Post Hero: Be the welcoming face at our front gate Safety Champion: Enforce policies that keep our team protected Incident Investigator: Document and resolve security matters Access Controller: Verify credentials and manage site entry Problem Solver: Continuously improve our safety processes Team Player: Collaborate on accident prevention initiatives Escort Services: Escort personnel to and from the property as needed. Emergency Procedures: Execute command post procedures during natural or man-made disasters. Monitor severe weather and follow the emergency action plan.
