Regional Land Development ManagerPosition Overview:Oversees the development and delivery of residential lots across the region, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Coordinates grading activities, tracks development progress, and supports land operations while partnering with internal teams, developers, and local agencies.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct feasibility studies evaluating technical, financial, and market factorsCoordinate and track lot development and approval activity across communitiesReview and manage HOA documentation, budgets, and approvalsOversee grading, dirt work, and site preparation to ensure quality standardsDrive quality control, cost reduction, and value engineering initiativesParticipate in inspections, compliance reviews, and developer coordinationServe as liaison with municipalities, community groups, and industry organizationsSupport team development, training, and developer relationship managementQualificationsExperience in land development, construction, or real estate developmentKnowledge of site development, grading, and municipal approval processesStrong project coordination, budgeting, and analytical skillsExperience working with developers, consultants, and government entitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and timelines effectivelyLeadership or team support experience preferredBachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, real estate, or related field preferredAbout NVR:As the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes, NVR is a Top 5 US homebuilder and Fortune 500 company that has been helping families build their happily ever after since 1948.
