At Pathlight Community Services, our mission is simple: Quality Services for Quality of Life. We are committed to helping individuals overcome life's challenges by offering supported housing and essential services to marginalized adult populations. We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor locations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay : Starting at $17.13/hour, with an increase to $17.33/hour after completing training.

Position Availability:
- Several part-time positions available for ALL shifts (8a-4p), (4p-12a), (12a-8a).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining support.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
- Valid Driver's License or State ID.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
