Private Duty Nurse LVN - Nights & Weekends

Join a leading home healthcare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Responsibilities Include Providing and documenting skilled nursing care under RN supervision, following care plans and physician orders. Assessing patient condition, reporting changes, and implementing appropriate interventions. Maintaining accurate documentation and updating nursing care plans. Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care. Ensuring infection control and compliance with regulations and policies. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state. Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months. Six months of clinical nursing experience preferred. Reliable transportation and physical ability to perform patient care tasks. Key Skills & Abilities Attention to detail, effective communication, and time management. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Physical stamina for lifting, repositioning patients, and traveling.
