Role and Responsibilities Review and analyze wirelessly transmitted Electrocardiograms (ECG) Notify the prescribing physician of any ECG events meeting preset urgent/emergent notification criteria Create various reports that will be forwarded onto physicians for professional interpretation Assist physicians with any questions about their patients monitoring status and/or requests for additional ECG Assist patients with questions about their monitoring equipment and related study Assist with management of assigned shift Management of the event queue Additional responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management Qualifications and Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Certification from an accredited training school for MA/ECG technician or better preferred CRAT and/or CCT certified ECG analysis experience Preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assist leadership Comfortable with technology Customer service experience Additional Notes Employee must have reliable transportation to get to and from our location in Mt.
