OPCO Skilled Management
Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN/LVN nurse manager to provide bedside and supervisory care during the 10PM-6AM shift. You will ensure adherence to standards, physician orders, and center policies while leading nursing teams. The role requires a current Texas LVN/RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and strong documentation skills. Nursing management experience is preferred.
