Phlebotomist Full Time

Labcorp seeks a full-time phlebotomist in Fremont, California to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient services. The role involves venipuncture and capillary techniques across all age groups, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm plus rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Process collected specimens for testing and maintain specimen information logs
• Enter patient information and process billing and payment collection accurately
• Provide superior customer service and perform administrative duties as needed
• Travel to additional sites and work independently or collaboratively as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• California state issued phlebotomy license (CPT) or application filed at hire
• Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform data entry and billing tasks accurately
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime

Compensation: $21.00–$33.00 per hour
