Volt is immediately hiring an Onsite Coordinator/Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team   in Visalia, CA.

As an Onsite Coordinator/Employee Engagement Specialist,  you will:

• Provide administrative, customer service, and operational support for assigned branch, program, or area.
• Serve as a liaison between Volt, clients, and talent to support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce management activities.
• Represent Volt and client partners professionally and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support sourcing, recruiting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and assignment records in company systems.
• Respond to inquiries, answer calls, and assist talent and clients with routine questions.
• Assist with job descriptions, compensation data, performance reviews, and salary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, privacy requirements, pre-employment screening, WOTC, Workers’ Compensation, and Unemployment processes.
• Support onboarding, including first-day orientation and worksite introductions for new hires.
• Assist with timekeeping, payroll, billing support, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and client activities as a Volt representative.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support special projects as assigned.
• Address employee relations matters and support talent management initiatives.
• Manage offboarding activities, including termination notifications and exit interviews.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to support business operations.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity!

Schedule : Monday - Friday - 10am to 7pm. Must be open to work OT and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage high email volume, and follow through to resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• High sense of urgency with strong follow-up and accountability.
• Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience building positive relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, HR, customer service, call center, or a related field.
• Previous coordinator experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual preferred.

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
