Working under the supervision of an OccupationalTherapist, you will provide hands‑on treatment that supports independence withdaily activities and functional performance. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by thesupervising Occupational Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic activities, ADLtraining, functional tasks, strengthening, and coordination. Monitor patient response and communicateprogress to the Occupational Therapist. Educate patients and caregivers within theestablished plan of care. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with the rehabilitation andinterdisciplinary care team. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational TherapyAssistant program. Active CA COTA license in good standing, oreligibility for licensures. Current BLS/CPR certification as required by theemployer. Ability to work effectively under thesupervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
