Laborer/Operator

Laborer/Operator GFT Ready Mix is a rapidly growing, family-run business founded in 1999, built on a team-oriented culture and supportive atmosphere. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role combines general labor duties with equipment operation to support daily plant operations, production, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Some job duties include but are not limited to: Keep plant areas clean and organized, including washout and yard duties Load and unload materials as needed Assist with daily plant operations as needed Operate loader safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting of equipment Support plant production goals while maintaining quality standards Follow all company safety policies and procedures Communicate effectively with plant personnel and drivers WHY WORK FOR GFT READY MIX?
