As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Lenoir NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. 06:30 AM - 06:30 PM

07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and document security-related activity as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses loading areas parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances exits and vehicle traffic verify access permissions and report suspicious behavior damaged property and/or operational issues to the appropriate contacts.
• Support site operations by communicating with staff visitors and delivery personnel following post orders and assisting with security-related requests consistent with Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
