Shake Things Up at The Bungalow Huntington Beach! The Bungalow is a one-of-a-kind beachfront hangout with laid-back vibes, craft cocktails, and an unforgettable atmosphere. We're looking for experienced, high-energy bartenders who can deliver top-notch service while keeping the good times flowing.
About the Role: As a bartender at The Bungalow, you'll be behind the bar crafting cocktails, interacting with guests, and keeping service smooth during high-volume shifts. You'll bring a strong knowledge of mixology, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to stay calm and cool under pressure.
What You'll Do:
- Create and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with speed and accuracy
- Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and personality
- Maintain a clean and organized bar throughout the shift
- Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Work closely with barbacks, security, and floor staff to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years of high-volume bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
- Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
