Residential Program Supervisor

Requires a driver’s license for at least one year, a clean driving record, and flexible availability. This critical role expands access to services and supports clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Implement Individual Service Plans and perform administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Supervise a team of caregivers who support individuals in two residential programs. Provide direct assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Balance direct support with professional or program activities and supervisory duties. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (proof required). One year related work experience. Must be 18 years or older. Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance. Other licensure or certification required by regulatory authority. Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and clients. Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
