Family Medicine w/OB – Central North DakotaAn established, patient- and family-centered care team in a growing community is seeking a full-time physician. This position operates within a collaborative environment alongside a multidisciplinary team, including a Pediatrician, Family Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, an Internal Medicine Physician, a General Surgeon, and a Psychologist. The practice is housed in a modern facility connected to a regional medical center.PRACTICE SPECIFICS:Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE (32-34 patient contact hours)Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Based in Central North Dakota; no outreach requiredOB Services: Included, with or without C-section privileges (C-section training can be provided)Patient Volume: Average of 16-20 outpatients per day; 5-10 inpatients per dayCall Coverage: 1:13 rotationInpatient Responsibilities: One week of inpatient service at a time, rotated among all community physiciansOnsite Services: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Pathology/Lab, Radiology/Imaging, Physical Therapy, and Tobacco CessationOutreach Services Available: ENT, Oncology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Sports Medicine, and non-surgical Weight LossROLE EXPECTATIONS: The Primary Care Physician serves as a leader of a Care Team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve clinical objectives and ensure continuity of care for patients and families.REQUIREMENTS:Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family MedicineCOMMUNITY & LOCATION:Situated in a scenic valley within a growing community of approximately 16,000 residents.Conveniently located within 90 minutes of two major regional hubs, 3 hours from the Canadian border, and 4.5 hours from a major metropolitan area.The area offers safe neighborhoods, excellent school systems, a four-year university, affordable housing, a municipal airport, and extensive outdoor recreational activities, providing an ideal environment for a well-balanced lifestyle.COMPENSATION:Base salary of $323,400.
