Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong combination of Program Management and technical expertise in Embedded Technologies and Broadband/Networking domains. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex technical programs, coordinating geographically distributed teams, and driving projects while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Job Description
The Technical Program Manager will lead and manage large-scale technical programs involving cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. This role requires the ability to understand technical challenges, represent engineering teams in stakeholder discussions, and drive program outcomes in complex and ambiguous environments. Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge in Embedded Systems and Broadband technologies are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical programs, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and geographically distributed teams to ensure successful program execution.
- Drive project decisions and resolve issues in complex or ambiguous environments.
- Track program progress, dependencies, issues, and risks using JIRA.
- Understand technical issues and risks and effectively represent technical teams in stakeholder discussions.
- Lead large-scale programs and drive teams toward defined program goals and milestones.
- Communicate program status, risks, and key updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Technical Program or Project Management.
- Technical background or experience with Embedded Technologies.
- Experience in Broadband, Telecom, Networking, Embedded Systems, or related technology domains.
- Proven experience managing large and complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of scope, timeline, budget, risk, and dependency management.
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for program and issue tracking.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand technical challenges and communicate technical risks effectively.
- Comfortable presenting program status and updates to senior leadership.
