Ocean Gardens Care Center in Queens seeks a part-time Dietitian with a BS in Food & Nutrition or RD/ADA eligibility and at least 3 years of clinical dietitian experience in long-term care. Responsibilities include Sigma Electronic assessments, care plans, MDSs, and progress notes, with resident counseling and diet recommendations. Will attend care plan meetings and coordinate with kitchen staff; may cover Chief Clinical Dietitian duties as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ocean Gardens Care Center
