Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts per Week | Variable Weekend Rotation | Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours (19:00–07:30)
• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Complete required orientation modules and maintain compliance with all facility onboarding requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Current certifications required (copies must be provided at submission)
• Pennsylvania fingerprinting (PA Childline) required; must be completed within one week of contract signing
• Must complete required labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Must pass a clinical Pass/Fail exam prior to clearance (three attempts maximum)
• Valid professional references required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry setting
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Experience working night shift in an acute care environment
