divh2Job Description/h2pSchedule: Part time, rotating schedule for the 5:30am- 2:00pm and 10:00am- 6:30pm shifts/ppLocation: Tipton Hospital/ppResponsibilities:/pulliPerforms supervised tasks related to the preparation of food./liliMeal preparations include regular and therapeutic diets./liliUtilizes foundational skills of basic cooking techniques, operates kitchen equipment and maintains a clean and organized work space./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is preferred./liliNo experience is required. Prior food service experience is preferred./liliRequires the ability to operate kitchen equipment./liliMust be able to wear protective equipment/clothing required by the environment or government regulations such as gowns, gloves, goggles, rubber-soled closed-toe footwear, etc./liliRequires adherence to local health regulations and safety requirements to produce safe food for consumption./liliRequires the ability to climb ladders./liliPhysical requirements to include: reaching, standing for long periods of time, squatting, bending, carrying and/or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 35 lbs. or more, up to 80% of the time./li/ul/div
